Creative away master classes Bringing together teams and guests
Bring a new breath of fresh air to your celebration or corporate event! Paint & Progress team organizes exciting and engaging painting workshops anywhere in Latvia. We will take care of everything you need and come to your office, banquet hall, guesthouse or outdoor event.
Painting together is a perfect way to break down barriers, spark conversations, and give participants unforgettable moments. No prior knowledge is required to participate – anyone can easily conjure up their first masterpiece with the guidance of our instructors!
Offered event formats:
1. Collaborative Painting (A Common Goal on a Large Format Canvas)
A proven and highly rated solution for strengthening corporate teams (team building). The entire team works side by side to create one impressive work of art. It can be one huge canvas or a composition of several parts (triptych), which then becomes a unique interior decoration for your company's premises.
- How is it going? Each employee contributes and complements the overall composition with their own brushstroke. The process develops mutual synergy, the ability to listen and work together towards a common result.
2. Bringing wedding guests closer together (Joint gift for the newlyweds)
Looking for an original wedding activity to keep your guests entertained during the quieter moments of the celebration (for example, while the young couple is having a photo shoot)? This activity will be a great solution.
- How is it going? Creating art in a free and pleasant atmosphere helps to naturally get to know each other and to unite guests from both families – friends and relatives of both the bride and groom. Everyone leaves their wish or color accent on the canvas, and at the end of the celebration, the young couple receives an emotional family heirloom created by all the guests.
3. Individual artwork (A beautiful souvenir for each participant)
A traditional master class format, where each participant is provided with their own canvas. This program is perfect for groups of any size. At the end of the event, each guest takes home a self-painted work of art and new creative confidence.

- Service “from A to Z”: We arrive at the venue an hour and a half before the start to fully and discreetly prepare the work space. We provide all the materials – high-quality paints, canvases and special aprons, guaranteeing that the guests' festive outfits will remain clean.
- Volume discounts up to 25%: The larger the number of participants, the more favorable the price! Depending on the number of people registered, we offer group discount up to 25%. Important – the price for both formats (both for one collaborative work and for individual painting) is the same and changes only according to the total number of guests.
