And the good news is \u2014 you don\u2019t have to be an academic drawing master to get started! \ud83d\ude0a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Free your hand from fear<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>First steps\u2014forget about \u201cright\u201d or \u201cwrong.\u201d Grab a brush, chalk, or even your fingers, and let your emotions flow freely on paper or canvas. Start with simple lines and color areas that reflect how you feel at the moment. Feeling anxious? Choose sharp, strong lines and dark colors. Feeling uplifted?
