ART – it's much more than colors and patterns.
Each person's creative path is special and unique, therefore At the Art Stop The approach is always individual. This is a place to learn the basics of painting and drawing, so that over time, based on the acquired knowledge, you can create your own unique works of art.
The curriculum is adapted to the pace, abilities, desires and vision of each participant. Ilvija encourages not to worry if “the last time you held a pencil was during school”, because step by step, with explanations, examples and an individual approach, everyone can acquire the necessary skills and create their own work of art.
ART STOP also offers preparation for entrance exams to Art High Schools and the Academy of Arts.
Classes are designed for participants of different ages — from 7 years old to seniors.
Ilvija's bright view of the world, positive attitude, and responsible approach to work create a creative, warm, and inspiring atmosphere, which is important not only for the learning process and creating work, but also for taking a break from the daily grind.
Artist Ilvija Zeigure has been teaching painting and drawing classes for many years - a work of the heart, into which she puts both her experience and soul.
In classes:
- color theory, mixing shades
- composition laws
- Understand perspective, object construction
- Understand the creation of light and shadow.
These few points are explained in a simplified way, through examples, through observing the surroundings in space and nature.
Noticing and using the regularities of art in your work becomes easier than ever.
All that remains is to create your own unique works.
About the artist – Ilvija Žeiguri (Juškevičs)
Ilvija Zeigure is a professional painter with teaching experience who adheres to the core values of academic painting.
The artist's favorite themes are nature and man. I'm especially excited about painting en plein air – noticing something that touches your heart, and reflecting that moment in a painting through your feelings.
The artist's handwriting is as diverse as she herself. Free spaces, the play of light and shadow, the rhythm of strokes, sometimes texture, and gentle color combinations reveal the story of her soul.
Ilvija paints only in a positive mood, because she believes that art carries within itself what we put into it: emotions, feelings, and light.
