The work embodies a longing for harmony, in which the boundaries between “self” and “world” disappear like the colors in this painting.

The woman's image is realistic, but everything around her becomes an abstract rhythm of color and light, reminiscent of reflections on the surface of water or the flickering of a dream moment. The oil technique has allowed for the creation of sophisticated, soft transitional tones and a play of light, which accentuate both the plasticity of the body's forms and the fluidity of the surrounding environment.
