Reservation, cancellation and transfer policies
By making a reservation on the Paint & Progress Art Studio website or by paying the invoice issued by the Seller, the Customer confirms that he/she has read and agrees to these terms and conditions.
1. Reservation
The reservation becomes effective upon confirmation of the order and receipt of full or partial prepayment.
From the moment the reservation is confirmed, Paint & Progress Art Studio reserves the selected date and time, plans staff workload, prepares the necessary materials, and, if necessary, begins the development of individual sketches, canvases, and other works intended for the event.
2. Cancellation
The customer can cancel the reservation without additional charges no later than 14 calendar days before the booked event date.
In such a case, the prepayment paid will be refunded within 14 business days to the bank account specified by the payer.
If the reservation is cancelled later than 14 calendar days before the event, the prepayment paid is not refunded, because by that time the reservation has been made, service preparation has begun, and the necessary resources have been reserved.
3. Rescheduling the event date
A booked event can only be rescheduled to another date after prior written agreement with Paint & Progress Art Studio and depending on available dates.
If there are less than 48 hours until the booked event, rescheduling the event is no longer possible.
4. Changes in the number of participants
The price of the service is calculated based on the number of participants agreed upon at the time of booking.
After confirming the reservation and receiving the prepayment, a reduction in the number of participants is not a basis for recalculating the price or a partial refund, as preparatory work, purchasing materials, booking personnel, and other organizational expenses are planned according to the initially booked number of participants.
If the number of participants increases, additional costs are agreed upon before the event.
5. No-show
If the Client or its participants do not arrive at the booked event, the prepayment paid will not be refunded.
6. Individually prepared events
If individual sketches are developed, large-format canvases are prepared, specially ordered materials are made, or other individual preparatory work is performed as part of the service, these works are initiated after the reservation is confirmed and are part of the service.
