Distance contract
According to the legislation of the Republic of Latvia, the owner of the online store is obliged to define the procedure for the delivery and return of goods, as well as the right of withdrawal. This set of rules is called a distance contract (in accordance with the regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers).
The seller of the services offered in this online store (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) and the customer who places an order (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) mutually conclude the following agreement:
- The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with the service ordered by him.
- The buyer places an order for a service on the website https://paintnprogress.art/, indicating the required service.
- The Buyer can make the payment using the payment tools available on the website or by paying the electronic invoice sent by the Seller, which is prepared and sent by e-mail. The invoice is valid without a signature.
Right of withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchased service within 14 days from the date of purchase. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must send a letter of withdrawal to the Seller. The Seller shall provide the letter of withdrawal form upon the Buyer's request by sending it to the Buyer's e-mail.
However, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
- The buyer has already attended a lesson or workshop.
- The service provision date has passed and the Buyer has not used it.
- There are less than 48 hours left until the service starts.
- The service has been purchased at a promotional price.
